Meeting the Mental Health Crisis

Blending personal experience with professional expertise on decades of rigorous, NIH-funded research
Throughout the course of my life, it has never been about doing something great; rather, it has been about doing little things that have the capacity to drive great change. It has been about serving as the conduit to bring people together from all walks of life, working collaboratively with the notion that it makes no difference how much you give. What makes the difference is that you gave. It makes no difference how much you do. What makes the difference is you did something. ~Donato Tramuto

Donato Tramuto recently moderated a panel discussion, “Meeting the Mental Health Crisis,” featuring Yale University’s Bruce Wexler of C8 Sciences, Ben Miller of Well Being Trust, and Janine Francolini and Tre Gabriel of the Flawless Foundation, blending personal experience with professional expertise on decades of rigorous, NIH-funded research that now provides evidence-based tools ready to apply at the scale needed to address the challenge to our nation’s mental health.

The discussion focused on the mental health consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resources available to prevent long-lasting negative effects on child development, brain health and on adult wellbeing and productivity.
