10th Anniversary Celebration
October 1st, 2011 Ogunquit, Maine Fundraiser
Dear Friends,
First, words are simply inadequate, compared to those feelings near and dear in my heart, in expressing my heartfelt gratitude for your support of the Tramuto Foundation 10th year Gala Event. We not only reached our goal - we surpassed it twice - first at $125,000 and on the night of the event, we tallied total contributions in excess of $150,000.00. This could not have been achieved without the support and commitment of the Tramuto Foundation Board and all of the supporters whose generosity made this event such a success.
On October 1st and through your generosity, you become part of the Foundation's legacy - doing small things so that others can do big things. The RFK Center for Justice and Human Rights, the Ogunquit Playhouse, Regis College, and the Iris Foundation join me in thanking you for your assistance in helping all of these organizations deliver on their promise and vision.
In closing, let us not forget what initiated the founding of the Foundation and while Sept 11th, 2011 will always be known as a tragic day, we are Blessed that three individuals - Dan, Ron and the forever young, David, taught us that America is indeed a Country of great resolve and that the hatred of a few men can never - never intercept the quest for peace by the many.
With gratitude,
donato
